My stay was quite enjoyable with a cozy large room that offered an amazing view of the pool. The daily water replenishments were a nice touch. breakfast was quite limited and repetitive.

Pool water appeared dirty, along with old and worn loungers. The building showed signs of neglect, with broken furniture and a smelly elevator. Shower drainage was problematic and towels had unpleasant odors. Proximity to a busy road created constant noise disturbances, affecting overall peace.

the sungthong is a decent three-star spot with a perfect location. just a short stroll to markets in the afternoon. the room was spacious, clean, and had a small balcony. A shower with hot water and good pressure. I really enjoyed the friendly staff. they were always ready to help.

We enjoyed the close proximity to a beautiful beach, just a short walk away. The room was good for the price, clean, and comfortable, offering a nice pool view. The pool itself was a lovely area to relax, and we appreciated that there was a fantastic bakery just two minutes away, serving delicious food.

One downside was the inconsistency of the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally frustrating.

mr t and his staff are super friendly and helpful. loved the big room with pool view, so comfy and clean. the gardens and pool area are really nice, perfect for chillin. location is awesome, really close to shops and the beach. excellent price for my stay, totally worth it.
